• Private Pilates Lesson (50 minute) $120 

• 10 Private Pilates Lessons (50 minute) $1,000

• Movement Analysis with Exercise Plan (90 minutes with 30-minute follow up) $500   

Private equipment lessons are taught on the Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Chair, CoreAlign, Avalon Step Barrel and Pilates Arc. Private sessions focus on your own individual and specific needs. Workouts can be customized for anyone from students with injuries, health issues or limitations to the most advanced Pilates student or athlete with specific training goals.
